    I've noticed that there are a few bees out today....

    Thanks Brett, appreciated that info. I had noticed an ant problem recently, terrified the children, I put it down to the stormy weather. What do you think may of brought the ants in to explore my house?

    Funny you mention ants. I found one crawling up my front door yesterday. I was indeed very shocked.

    I saw a wasp once.!

    Somewhere in South Bristol? Next time I'll take photos..

    when i was younger my dad got stung by a bee, he was not happy, nor was my dad

    A honeybee would only require about 1 ounce of honey to fuel a complete flight around the world..

    If they sting you they die, so basically they are friendly but don't try stroking one <ok>

    honeybees only die when stinging humans, but not any other animal?

    I dont know if Welsh people count?

    Where would we be without bees? truth is (I think so anyway) mankind would eventually die if bees became extinct.

    my Gran kept bees, honey bees are like a wasp size, I take it the big ones are bumble bees, what use are they?
