Sorry Chaps, but I think we (hoops) will be lucky to get a draw V A. Villa. Having watch all the games today (Sat) On TV I think hoops are going to have a very tough time ahead! I hope not, but just look at it!. So far we have played teams similar to us, but when we start playing the better teams it will a lot harder! But Keep the faith!
I agree completely James. We've played well recently so it's difficult not to get carried away but a point against a resurgent Villa would be a good result.
Disagree completely. The way we have played the last 2 games has at times been absolutey sublime. Defence looks strong and we've got more attacking options than ever. Personally i can only see us getting better and stronger and with a weakened Villa attack (No Bent or Heskey) i cant see anything other than a Rangers win......at least i hope so
Ahh James yes. You also said we'd be lucky to get a draw before last weeks game as well. And after we beat Wolves comfortably then said you thought we could finish top half....but now you're slightly less enthused about our chances. Talk about a yoyo Although they say a pessimist is never disappointed. I think we're the team in form whereas Villa are struggling to hit theirs (according to most Villa fans). We need to address the fact we're the ONLY team in all four leagues that has yet to score at home.....and I think we will without conceding. Biggest question is Will DJ start from the start today? Right score James, but don't think there was any luck in it, unless you're a Villa fan. Thought overall we were the better team, and were unlucky with some of the refereeing decisions.
Mystic James, well predicted. We should've put the game to bed in the first half but then were lucky to ride the storm early in the second. A draw was the least we deserved, but as you say, there are a lot of better teams to come...
