Rather than looking at the players that have left/arrived, let's instead look at the value of comings and goings over the course of the last year. Granted, some of these players are not ours, but I want to look past that and focus purely on the value:

Henderson - 20m
Mensah - 6m (what i think he's worth)
Onouha - 6m
Welbeck - 20m
Zenden - 3m (again, what I think he's worth)
Ferdinand - 3m
Malbranque - 3m
Gyan - 13m
Total out - 98m
Granted, the figures above may be exaggerated, but I think they are pretty close to the actual value of the players that left.
Now go and look at the money that has been spent, and ask yourself a couple of questions:
1) has the money been spent wisely?
2) what is the underlying motive to all of our dealings?
We all spend a lot of time laughing at the circus that exists up the road, but I have a funny feeling there are some really big problems at SAFC. I just hope it's not too late......
