A Different Beckford?

    Was at work, so was tuning in and out, but it sounded as if Beckford has evolved as a striker in the close season, Stringer and Youngy were praising his general commitment levels and awareness, sounded totally different to the lazy performer we saw last season, and yes i am aware it was only 1 game :p

    What are other peoples views today, as i said, i wasn't there.

    I thought him and vardy looked very good together today both looked 'up for it ' so long may it continue

    The effort was there from Beckford. He should of scored a header from a Marshall cross but apart from that he didn't get up to much.

    Beckford needs a challenge, so pearson bought in vardy. Its simple really, build on your strengths no? what a win today, i missed the football league show but will watch it first thing tomorrow morning woo

    Beckford is certainly the player I think will benefit most from the competition for places.

    beckford put a shift in...what a hero.. minimum requirement for me... vardy ran his heart out...made one ..almost made another...could easily of notched one...thats what I call a team man ...<ok>
