Well certainly SBs bleating about 'expectations' is one grouse I have about him, however for me the main problem I have with him is his stubbornness in picking poor players and often they are out of position and them compounding the problem by having teams with no strikers in them. Yes results are poor and I could forgive that (almost) if I (and many others also) thought the most was being made out of the resources available (e.g. it was not SBs fault that Bent and Gyan left) it is his fault that Elmo plays that Larsson is on the left wing etc. It is we just seem toothless upfront and clueless in midfield. So the reason I want SB away is because of the obvious on-field mistakes he makes and I hope a new manager would not make those same errors.
