He just doesn’t get it and neither does his massive backroom staff.

Poor signings, poor player selection, wrong formations and to top it all he gets so hung up on the plan’s he spent all week on that he never reacts to what’s happening in the game and leaves it too late to make a sub.

This miserable, uncharismatic old fool could kill this club. Him and his bunch of useless cronies like Bowen can do one as well

Its absolutely incredible how he refuses to take any responsibility for the predicament he has got us in. He could well be one of the worst things that has ever happened to this club! Fans staying positive and getting behind the team does not change the FACT we have one of the worst managers in our history. Will a win against southampton just put the blinkers on everyone?
We need to get rid of this clown and his entourage NOW.
I am usually a very open minded guy so if anyone on here can tell me why we should keep him and i mean real reasons, no crap about being positive, supportive or the likes, then i would be very interested to hear views.

This IS his and his team's undoing. Head in the sand, denial attitude that they are always right and so will follow the same path regardless. Simply that he hasn't managed even one victory away should have sparked a need to try something different.
Desperate for the win on Saturday but also desperate for these guys to be banished to the anals of bad lessons learned.

"Walking the dogs at 6:30" is usually associated with the elderly generation - Wouldn't you say?

“So if people start looking at what we do on a daily, weekly basis, or over a period of time in terms of preparation, looking for reasons why we are not winning games they won’t find any, because we prepare better than any.”

This statement implies that absolutely EVERYTHING is being done and EVERYTHING is being done well - Not trying to be concieted but doesn't this sound like either an extremely arrogant person or someone in denial? Either way the person cannot see the wood for the trees.

So the header seems somewhat appropriate - Wouldn't you say?

He could have recruited new centre backs in the close season. There's no denying that's something else you could have done for QPR Mr Hughes.

I wasn't going to say anything but.......

Well well well...... he really is completely clueless, eh?
If you're so clueless as to NOT have tried anything other than 4-4-2, you really think you've done everything? OK so you did a 4-4-1-1 but seriously...... is that all you've got? Not even willing to try any other formation, AGAINST BOTTOM 10 OPPOSITIONS (this, according to his own assessment of the supposed weaker sides we were playing so far, teams he thought we would beat)!!!! to even experiment, take a chance? Should've taken the chance when you had the right opponents earlier in the season with our un-injured players!!!!!
