Have to admit that looking at Carroll coming on and the sight of Connor Wickham - I know which I would have preferred challenging. Carroll is too lightweight for his position and I find it hard to see how he will impose himself on any game or be a gamechanger at all. Alternatively, Morrison has the skill but also showed strength when with the ball and was able to impose himself quite impressively for his size.

    Posted in peace.

Leeds fans are thinking that our take over fiasco ruined our season just as we hit the top five in December, and since then the entire club has been undermined by instability and rumour. What we know is that with your squad and your resources you should have walked this league along with Leicester. The fact you haven't is IMO down to dodgy Harry and his strange modus operandi with transfers and loans (it smells funny, I will leave it at that).

Back to yesterday we should have scored the pen, at two down you would have been buried before you got going. As the song says " we are drawing away, how **** must you be, we are drawing away".

You have no chance of auto, you have no chance in playoffs. Again IMO sack Harry and get ready for next year. Give a new bloke chance to assess the squad.

To say we have no chance in the playoffs is crap, it is just a case of hitting form at the right time.
Leeds have no chance of making the playoffs

We have as much chance of making play offs as you going up via them. The way things are going I wouldn't be too sure you will even be in them. Ur record against top half teams is dreadful.

I think a draw was certainly the correct result - neither team did enough to win, but as you say we could quite easily have been 2-0 down.

Certainly agree with that, too much to do now.

Whilst I don't think we will win the playoffs if we got there (can't even see that), we do have a chance if we can get players like Austin back.

Fair enough, thats the beauty of football! But I will stick with what I said, I think a draw was a fair result.

I certainly don't think we were the better side - they were pushing us off the ball far too easily and we had no penetration or tempo to our attacks. We need to attack much quicker and catch teams off guard.

I think if Hill's goal had counted it would have glossed over a poor game overall - It would have been another fortunate (but much needed) win.

I thought a draw was a fair result but it was yet another drab game with few chances created. For their goal, the ball took a crucial deflection off someone in the QPR wall.

Notwithstanding his poor dead ball deliveries, I thought Jenas had a good game, marshalling our forces from midfield, so I would give him a higher mark. I didn't understand why Hoilett was taken off. As QPAAGH says, he often runs straight into opposition players but he seemed to be the one QPR player that created a bit of panic in the Leeds players when he ran at them. I like it when he and Traore play, I like their pace. The latter was, again, full of running. Morrison seemed pretty anonymous to me but it's early days.

At the game, I didn't think it was a penalty; I didn't think it was a foul for their crucial free kick; and I didn't think Hill was offside. Slow motion replays show I was clearly wrong on all three counts so what do I know? :)

    Absolutely spot on.

After Harry took off Hoilett, he put Morrison out to the left and the midfield immediately looked totally unbalanced. Clueless!!

Judo..............it WAS Traore who was penalised for the free kick, but I don't think it was a foul.
I'm not sure how you can mark the awful Hughes higher than Ned who got stronger and stronger as the game went on? Dunne was a 5 for me.

So.............have you watched it again?......... because we were truly awful for all bar the first and last 5 minute periods of the 1st half and the first 20 minutes of the 2nd half. Harry's substitutions completely ****ed up the balance of the side after that!

Thanks Judo. Glad you found the effort to do this. Apart from our what 8 minutes around the break, I found the whole game too boring to concentrate much on individuals. Morrison in the 8 minutes, Clint's "goal", Jenas goal and generally competent though uninspiring game, and Ned's game saving tackle near the end are the only positives I'm left with. The rest is mainly negative and centrally Arry who should have gone last week.
