Today's results couldn't have gone much better for us, Bolton, Blackburn, Swansea & Wigan all lost and Fulham and West Brom took two points off each other. Tomorrow we have a real chance to raise our confidence still further and put some daylight between us and those in the relegation mixer, let's hope we can take our chance...
I was just looking at it and with a win, which would be amazing...we'll be up to 5th or 6th. Would be amazing to head out of September safely in the top half.

Having read the posts here from those fotunate enoughto be at that NUFC match, and having read the live feed on the BBC sites it was clear tto me over here that we were clea;ry best on the day - only Fortune saved them I don't think I'd yet take a bet agin Mr Warnock's comparisons between our chances of a top 6 finish and cat's chances in h3!!; but' I do recall his forecast for a 6th to 10th place finsh for last year so... 4 or 7 clear in the Prem at end of Sept - who saw that coming at the Posh match 2 years back?
