True MD, but you come on here for a bit of banter regularly. The ones that got banned wanted to bring sectarian one-upmanship (I think I might have just made that phrase up...) into 99% of the threads they posted in. I post now and again on the Rangers board, but only for either a wee laugh, or more commonly a decent debate. Although it does seem like a ghost town recently on there.
I'm all for banter but MTS posts the same boring ****e, Pud yesterday removed trueblue who even i agree posted the same boring ****e so ML closing the thread was fine with me. I'm all for cunning and witty insults but bringing up the same ****e over and over believing its still comical is just boring, no other word to describe it really.
Someone else wrote a brief history? You're just annoyed because its ringing true Don't be like the dug chuggers
But Rangers are boring. Didn't that young bhoy for Barcelona say they were anti football. To be quite honest, I remember away back in the 60's when Celtic as usual then, was beating Rangers and the Rangers centre half big Ron McKinnon hoofed the ball over the top of his own goals from the half way line. I could not believe the negativity and also I could not believe that that thing was been picked ahead of King Billie on the Scottish team. The players may have changed but their inbuilt caution and unwilliness to play the game even as 20th century teams do still exists.

Classic super hooper , Ron McKinnon hoofed the ball over his own cross bar in the 60 's yet picked for Scotland before McNeill , love it , did Henderson not get more caps than Jimmy Johnstone ?? Remember Dalglish Celtic player at the time was going to win the most consecutive caps for Scotland beating George Young of Rangers record , suddenly King Kenny sat on the bench the whole game !!!
Harry no one would believe all the stories wee could tell. I know when I start at a family gathering, I find I have to just stop because unless you had followed Celtic for a number of years our stories are unbelievable. The wonderful thing about been a Celtic supporter is that we have a proud history. We remember things that must cause shame and envy for Rangers fans.
Rangers drew Dundee utd this week in the cup, reminded me of 2 season ago utd went to Ibrox playing well a goal up , Boyd dive pen , miller dive another pen thankfully utd equalised , replay utd denied 2 pens a good goal disallowed , but who was the ref in both games Dougie , Dougie , the same ref a week earlier allowed Boogie to foul after foul after foul on a yellow card , but couldn't get his red card out quick enough to get Browm off . I mentioned this on the Rangers board and got called all things ,get over it , but as super Hooper says you never forget the bias shown to one team in our country.
