Here's a clip found by a friend of mine researching English Social History. www.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3DZrKkirpDTis Note the commentary has no mention of Tigers!
Sorry about that. It worked in preview and it works on the site for me. As it is my first new post not sure what to do next.
Can you get the clip up on youtube? If so, copy the url (the www.youtube....bit at the top) and then above the message reply box on here, there's an icon that looks like a bit of old camera film. Click that, paste the www.youtube... url into it, and click embed.

Sorry about all this. Should have started it until I knew what I was doing. The clip is entitled Famous Football teams in Training No 1 - Hull City ( 1935) - YouTube. The commentary is excruciating as is the patronising tone. Please don't tell me it has been shown before.
"And that's their motto, 'Into the net every...' "??? Month? I like how there appears to be a shuttle launch taking place behind their portrait shots (I guess there was a lot more industry back then).
The centre half who they do a close up of looks like he may have had relations with Deano's relations
Welshman Taybram couldn't trap a bag of cement. None of them can shoot. They dribble and pass like when the girls had a football lesson and the boys had to suffer the indignity of playing bloody hockey. The corner taker minces like a crippled goose. Worst. Standard. Of. Football. Ever.
