Two wins from the next two games Would make things rosier, you must admit, And without naming any names I know who could just be a hit A striker who kicks like a horse He was one of the best v Chelsea, I´d say, And a Ghanaian who speaks some Norse Who´s now learning how the team play Also a wee Irish imp If he gets an extended run in the team, Can make anyone look a chimp And opposing managers scream And perhaps a midfield return To one who is wily and cunning like none, He must have energy to burn And legs that are itching to run And also I´m waiting to see Two full-blooded wingmen in action again, Skinning their backs regularly With a peach to our hungry front men Is that really too much to ask Not really beyond the possibility bounds, Two wins now would lessen the task And no doubt help bring drinks all round. I certainly think we´ve missed him jarold, for all their huffing and puffing, Howson and Johnson don´t seem to bring the same sort of calm that Fox does to the proceedings, also reckon that Fox and Tettey would be the perfect foil for each other.
Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear You'll never win again It's relegation time, I fear The Championship's not that bad. Amen. No! Only kidding! Is it true that all the Swansea games are shown live in Denmark?
Yes, they seem to have got this passion for all things Laudrup, can´t think why, can you? Mind you, great player he was, but yet to prove himself as a top manager, what´s happened to your early season form by the way?
1) Ashley Williams keeps making kamikaze back-passes and gifting goals 2) Chico Flores decided to do a kung-fu kick on Saha on the touch-line - red card and 3-game ban. 3) Neil Taylor out for the season with a broken ankle. Most problems have been in defence but on the plus side Ki, Michu and Hernandez look to be quality additions. How do you see Norwich's start to the season?
Well, if you forget the first game which was awful, and which prompted immediate action from Hughton, bringing in Bassong and Garrido, the next few showed signs of stabilizing. Two home draws which ought to have been wins on the balance of play, a great draw at Spurs, followed by a narrow defeat at Newcastle (minus Bassong), and we played well in all those games, but as you know, one slip at the back is enough in this league to cost points. These last two, v Liverpool and Chelsea, have unfortunately gone to form, we made it easy for Liverpool, but were much better against Chelsea, so hopeful today we might get something when Arsenal turn up.
Well! It really could happen now and maybe I will be gutted if it doesn't. Surely Villa are there for the taking? even by us?
