Does this mean we can talk about pushing up the table? or is that a dirty word until we have those 7 pts?

Like the City game we've got two weeks with nothing to talk about except how brilliant we are (apart from England v San Marino which we are all dead excited for). Hopefully this time we will push on and pick up the last 7/8/9 points we need. Anyway <cheers>

We're always crap after two week breaks. Thankfully we can afford to be crap against Chelsea, we have some breathing space now.

We never gave ourselves a chance against them last time, and we did ok. They've not exactly been setting the league on fire since then. Fully believe we can win.

We can but I don't care what the result is in that match. All we need to do is beat WHU, WBA and Stoke at home and we will be safe. And that is without points we will pick up in other games.

Brilliant result (best three points of the season for me, even bigger than City), but I'm not getting ahead of myself yet. I've learnt my lesson after the City win!

Lose against Chelsea and Reading - which is a comparison not a million miles away from Newcaslte and QPR, who we both lost to after City following a two week break - and things could well be squeaky again.

I'm just concerned about picking up these remaining points, getting to the 38 - 39 point mark. Aboive and beyond that, where we actually end up finishing is fairly irrelevant to me. It's 100% about survival. And we surely will do that now.

I would have thought it was the same thing but looked at from a different perspective and attitude.

We seem to do well against the top sides and struggle against the lower sides. Therefore, bring on Chelsea!

Not really. Beat Villa twice, QPR away, Reading at home. Drew with Wigan away when we should have won. Wouldn't call that struggling.

I meant under Pochettino, it seemed the other way round with Adkins.
