Tremendous today. More so defensively. I lost count of the amount of interceptions and tackles he made. He seems to lack the confidence atm to really attack, he has blistering pace and should trust himself bombing at defenders. His best performance by far today.
Still raw but looks very promising. Pacy and confident. Needs help with defensive positioning at the mo.
And when that time comes he'll cost them a lot money. But in the meantime, He's ours, we own him, he's a leftback and he's good. That's a special thing for us.

Totally 100% Parker He seems to have come on so much defensively. Has been great going forward all season but defensively he looked very sound today and it appears that he's working hard on his game. Great signing. And he's ours and not borrowed like Alonso etc
So far our scouts seem to be doing a good job. PVA, Jones, Vergini, Alvarez, Buckley etc all look really good. If somebody offers us big money for PVA in the future, I'm confident we can get a decent replacement in. Bit like Southampton are setup.
Improving week on week defensively, positional sense and awareness wise. Still gets caught but mainly as he presses on so much. Mentioned on the match thread, love the lad already looks a cracking signing who will only improve, clear why Chelsea hung on for years before finally allowing him a move. Needs 20 more games, let's not get too excited, cocked up in a couple, looked good in a couple, way too early to judge. If he improves like Alonso then mint.
It might sound strange but I hope he doesn't get too good or we will lose him. My feeling is that he will be one of our best players for a long time but not quite eye catching enough to automatically move on if that makes sense.

Marcus, my opinion is you can't judge someone on 7 games, only a fool would………. as I say, its fairer to judge in another 20. Bet you were one of the stan Varga is the new Bobby Moore brigade. Too easy to get carried away.
Aye, I think he could turn out to be a real bargain. Good on the ball, got pace, once he get's a few games under his belt I think he'll be really good for us. Where's the lad from, is he Dutch?
