A win against Forest today will take us into the top half and give us more than 60 points. Is this an acceptable tally given the dire quality of football City have served up. Expectation and resources. Some of those early totals you list we barely had a team. The year DJ took over it was all freebies. Journeyman players that DJ turned into a team. This year we have far better players (before the exodus) than we could have dreamed about in those earlier years. Ole / Slade have done less with more.

Spot on there Sheepy - and I've backed it too........ I do some regular numbers on the lottery through habit remote, but I really prefer my odds a bit shorter than that. I'm going for City to come away with an end of season draw today - I've got a tenner on at 14/5. Forest are even money favourites but I think this could be a bore draw with no one really wanting to win it. I could be wrong though.
The best thing that could happen today is win lose or draw is the club thank Russell for all his work but announce we are going our separate ways. Otherwise we are looking at a relegation battle, Slade Out.
