Congrats to England on winning the championship. Deserved.
Fantastic performance from Ireland today. By far and away the better team on the day. Nobody should ever underestimate home advantage in this competition, it's worth 5-7 points.

Well done Ireland. By far the better side on the day,
England collapsed under the pressure of going for the World record and Grand Slam. So many errors from England with Itoje having his worst game in an England shirt. The Irish won it all over the park, particularly at the break down.
The Irish line out was superb and as I predicted, the Irish swarmed all over the English as they always do in Dublin

Hopefully there is a lot more to come from this England squad, as the unbeaten record had to be ended at some point.

I would have thought the last place England would want to play going for grand slam and record winning run is Dublin on Paddy's weekend........Irish totally up for the challenge and far better side on the day........

England deserved champions but Ireland deserved winners today.....

Saw the first 20 minutes on an iPad sitting in an airport. Looked like a bruising encounter but not a great game in terms of quality, but hard to judge viewing the way I was for such a short time, and the conditions looked tricky too. Well done Ireland, they have now beaten all the teams notionally ranked above them in the last few months, always dangerous and up for it.

England have made great progress but have only played really well once in this tournament. I have been a great fan of Brown over recent years but he has seemed very one dimensional over the last few games - nearly always runs with the ball into contact. Time for Daly to get a run out at fullback?
