OK so we have a striker RB, Keeper and midfield. I think we are almost there. Next signing has to be a CB doesn't it?

Gotta be a CB yes, but also another GK I think and perhaps a RM (Depending how Puncheon/De Ridder do this year)

Then again, we only have Lallana at LM don't we?

    Views!

Well there is a nice one down my garden past the pine trees and towards the hedge. I also like the view from Lepe across the Solent to the Isle of Wight but my favourite has to be from my hotel room in turkey across the bay to a small chain of islands with the sun shining and reflecting off the sea. I am sure there are many more views I can tell you about but that should be enough to go on with. Sorry forgot I like the view from the Ridgeway as you look towards Oxford/

Sounds nice. Worth noting that we still only have 2 senior GK's so we may still be on the lookout for another!

You'd better look out Godders(see what I did there!) our new keeper has a dash of Italian and that could turn Mrs Godders head!

Glad we're keeping up our search to be the best looking side in the PL. Slipped up with Fox and obviously decided that Buttner was a no-no, but Gazzaniga pushes Schneiderlin into the also ran stakes. Come on, Godders, we want the view of the expert...your lady wife.

    Her comment was:

"Young, good looking and with a dead sexy foreign accent. What woman needs that mummy porn nonsense when we have the Saints squad to dream and drool over."

She then said she was going for a shower.

I just hope it is a cold one or not a lot is going to get done today!

We need a top class right footed Centre Back to at least put pressure on Fonte who has shown signs of inconsistency recently.

    Yep.

I don't think we necessarily need another keeper though. It's pretty unlikely that both Davis and Gazzaniga will be unavailable, and if that happens we can get a loan in.

You mean when he was playing through a foot injury, last season, or say in the last couple of weeks..? ;)

I have hopes for Dan Seaborne, though I agree, another CB would be prudent. We don't know how well Jos will stand up to the pace of strikers in the PL, this season. Mind you, we don't that about any of the defence.

Whether or not he had an injury is irrelevant. He played when out of form, for whatever reason, and he would not have done had we had suitable backup. That can't be allowed to happen again.

Agreed. How often do teams need a 3rd keeper? If worst comes to worst, we still have three options: loan, youth player, Forecast.

Anyone else think that Jack Stephens may well get a bit more game time this year? I can see him and Dan Seaborne getting quite a few run-outs. Having said that I agree with what seems the majority that one top notch centre back would be ideal. A winger too (that can possibly play both sides?) would add to our squad depth. Other then that I'm pretty happy with the make up of the squad

I wouldnt be suprised if we get a big signing in. We have very rich owners and have spent 7m on Rod, 1.5 on Clyne, 1.5 on Gazz and Davis on a free. A total of 10ish million depending on clynes fee.

If there is as much money available as its believed there is, we can probably afford a big money signing. Like this lens guy

I know Stephens is capable playing at centre-back, but how tall is he?
