Shops are going to charge 5p per carrier bag in wales from tommorrow.

On breakfast tv this morning, they did interviews with shoppers

1 lady was so outraged, 5p, never, thats way too much, i'll gladly pay 2p, ****ing tight bitch, next was a bloke in a soldiers uniform, stating why should the customer pay too carry things home in a plastic bag, it's the shops fault, thay make us shop there, they should pay for the bags

I never knew the Welsh were so ****ing thick

PS:you can also buy a bag for life (in the same shops) for 10p

I think it's a good thing. In fact, they should charge more.

Well it's certainly more than triple, but not quite quintuple... quadruple Wales' annual GDP?

So they should. It might make them think in future before throwing all their used bags in the bin. I alway use used carrier bags it is better for the environment. Also they take years to rot underground, so it is a good thing.
