The worst ever mass murder by a single gunman happened last night in the US in a Gay nightclub, not only does it bring into question the right to purchase and possess arms in the US but also the FBI knowing the shooter was a jihadist months ago. What can the western world do to prevent the sporadic massacres like Paris and Florida? The jihadists like to portray it as a battle between religion's, most people in the western so called Christian world have religious tolerance and understanding. God bless the victim's of the senseless murders in Florida.

I see trumps all over this attacking Obama and Clinton Americans are strange. This guy must've been quite disciplined cos he was under scrutiny for a while and escapes active watch list somehow... like.... the guy is a us citizen who's parents are in US and Mr trump ploughs in saying Muslim immigrants should be banned... Amazing really 50 dead and here's trump blustering. Only time will tell if he wins support from it.
Pisses me off greatly that trump has turned the mass murder of 50 innocents into an election points scoring farce, he can build his pathetic wall to keep out the Mexicans but stopping Jihadism in the US should be his priority and also the freedom to purchase guns.
There is one thing nobody will tackle is their gun fetish. Obama managed to get big ammo clips banned and that was it. I would probably have to wonder if many actual real veterans agree with the big egos who run about thing they are Rambo in usa. Usually, when there's a school/college massacre in the US the Rifle Association blurt out the point you made in your last post, however their silence will be deafening in the aftermath of this because a Muslim terrorist took advantage of the rights they hold so dearly.

The hate in this world makes me despair. Is everyone supposed to be the same, have the same values, same wants and desires? Whatever two consenting adults want to do is up to them why is that so hard to understand? If you don't like the thought of it, then think of something else. Utterly tragic. Don't forget that the victims were gay, or the majority were or were sympathetic and liberal minded being in a gay club, so they don't exist to these people or they don't see them as human or as having any rights; with kids they are at least compelled to offer a cursory message of condolence even if secretly most of them wish it was them on the trigger side of the gun

If we're looking at it that way I'm pretty sure any God didn't put gay people on earth to be massacred by some knobhead with an assault rifle, unless you want to take the view that religion is necessarily violent and God is vengeful and angry and out for blood, as ISIS do, which is a manipulative and crazed way of contorting religious texts to endorse a savage ideology. Who are humans to judge on God's behalf anyway? There's a gulf of difference between 'disapproval' and putting bullets in people in some club's toilets. The ISIS claim to this seems tenuous at best anyhow, they're linking themselves to him in a desperate attempt to gain traction even though it seems like the shooter was self-motivated
All I can say is when there's a need for a gay nightclub which is after all in today's world segregation or sorts (unless preferred) and there's people of all faiths calling gays sinners then there's issues going to occur. Sin is the ultimate subjectivity.
