    Given the stuttering way some big clubs have been performing this season <cough> Arsenal <cough> , it makes sense to me that you have a legitimate shot at a CL place. I shall explain how so;

Chelsea - Ageing squad, inconsistent performances.
Liverpool - Poor squad, considering the money spent by Queen Kenny.
Arsenal - The less said the better.
Newcastle - Exciting players, good signings, good team spirit. The fact you're winning games without Ba and Tiote is a major positive. I would recommend signing a CB though, Williamson doesn't fill me with much hope, plus he is an injury risk, leaving you with no other option than Perch. That would be curtains for your season.

I know you have your sights set on 5th, but 4th could easily happen for you, just need to hope Boas doesn't splash the cash. I know they're signing Cahill, which is good news for you because he is ****.

We already like you Kyle. You don't have to say nice things to win us over anymore

Oh god, dont let me dream about finishing 4th <yikes>. I think the best possible outcome is 6th, and hopefully an entertaining battle with Liverpool for that spot. CB is a priority for us, Williamson's doing great but cover is desperately needed, he's been out twice with ****ing arm injuries and Perch only ever looks competent at DM.

The only way that will happen is if Chelsea and Arsenal start playing ****, it wont because were good enough

I don't even think we're ready for Europa League.

We would need at least 20m investment for squad depth.

I dont think our squad is as bad as people make out, which clubs currently in Europe can genuinely claim to have 2 players for every position?

I'd be happy with 7th, and I'd be over the moon with 6th :)

its kinda like that hot girl you kinda like then you find her lurking in your garden near your bins masturbating whilst rubbing some of your hair clippings under her nose. so you have to take a step back and hope your bunny doesn't end up in a pan of boiling water

Even with arsenal and Chelsea under performing you are both picking up more points than us, so I think 6th is the best we can hope for, which will be a fantastic achievement

We'd get quite far in Europe I reckon, but we would need squad depth in case of injuries.

It'd be nice, but I can't see it happening. The other teams all have much better squads, but currently have problems with motivation or tactics. With the exception of Liverpool they all have very good managers who ought to be able to sort it out.

I'm sure Arsenal will be back on track when their full backs return, so many of the goals conceded appear to stem from having a makeshift fullback.

Liverpool's squad is miles better than ours, but they don't get the results so it doesn't matter. We can finish above them if we grind out results whilst Demba is away.

I wouldnt say "miles better", think that's fairly harsh on our team actually. None of their forwards are as good as Demba and with the exception of Gerrard I wouldnt have any of their midfielders. Krul's catching up Reina pretty quickly and their defence is better, but not by that much.

No, it's bad management, Miquel looks a competent LB. Who goes in against an Attacking side like swansea with only 3 midfielders? Should have played a 4-5-1.

There home record is abysmal. They only ever seem to draw, plus kenny is slowly losing his grip on reality.

I thought you played 3 midfielders in every game?

Yes, which is the problem. We don't adapt, and the opposition figures us out. Wenger can't seem to figure that out.

Yeah you're right, actually when I think about it, it's only slightly better to be honest.

    I'm ******ed...

We'd need 3 or 4 players in key areas in January for it to even be a possibility.
