Too many teams in the mix and our target moves every day with what some might think are strange results but the fact of the matter is they are playing better than us. Some new potential relegation candidates have dropped in to the danger zone recently but they look a bit out of our reach unless we start winning proportionally more games than most of them we are in dire trouble.
there has even been posts of 45 points...I think the lowest I have been is 50 but 52 seems likely but the 54 of features in my projections a lot. As Mike said, and to prove my comment of a few weeks back was wide of the mark ( " hardly any teams in bottom 6-8 playing each other" ) with the current 6-8 there are a lot of teams/ fixtures fighting for the same points. It is not as Mike said exactly,but it is the likes of Barnsley Peterboro and Sheff averaging more than us...the only difference in the bottom 8 since game 20 is Huddersfield have replaced Bolton so only 1 team have dropped into the bottom 8
