Payback time! A result against a good WBA team would be a great start. The Fulham game showed we are not far away, but a few wins in the next half dozen and we'll be flying. P.s. thought Fletch's finish was as cool a take as I've ever seen.
He took it well and the pass to him was good as well, he know's where the net is and how to score, we just need to get more balls into him.
Very similar to one of his first goals for us forget who against still good whichever way you look at it. Think between him and Sess' I'd go for Sess' top quality finish from a very out of form player whereas with Fletcher you sort of expect him to do it now in that position.
The only games he hasn't scored in, we were piss poor at getting him the ball in the final third. No doubt about his quality in the box. Like others have said we just need to get Tito him in the danger area. Basic i know but we've made hard work of it soo far.
10 chances 6 goals. I've always said it, imagine how many hed get in a top 4 side. Always use a player like Fletch in my 'Rooney is massively over rated' argument.
The mags are using the 'cannot win without playing 10 men etc etc', like when Fletcher was our only goalscorer, now we have 4 different scorers. It is like kids getting involved. We won at fulham with two cracking goals, and we played bad and that sounds daft but gave the ball away a lot, but it seems they scrutanise every aspect of our match to find a fault and it makes me laugh, and now mybe their season is going wrong with luck running out and injuries now, compered to their 'fluked' last season. When they lose it is a case of get on our board and criticise us!. And would sess, Fletcher and Johnson get into their team ?.
FFS we were playing against 10 men..... And for long periods those 10 men were giving us the f***ing runaround - if it wasn't for Mig we could easily have lost that game. Lets see us beat 11 men before getting carried away - eh!!! Bart
