    Theres every chance we will play this formation , with this team . I have never been a fan of the 4-5-1 formation as it is known for being defensive , however looking at this team , there really is nothing defensive about it . Do you think we will play good attractive attacking football this season ?

    I hope to god we play the 4-5-1 (4-2-3-1 in this case), its a very good modern formation. While we dont have Ben Arfa though I'd like to see a 4-3-3 (wingers).

    Just been thinking , playing this formation means theres no place for Ameobi . Hopefully there wont be a place for him all season. Oh yeah ! !

    I would never wish injury on a player but I hope we only play one up front this season, and its Ba or Best.

    Erm why are we leaving out Barton? He's still an NUFC player. Remember when Steven Taylor was transfer listed?

    Barton can still stay and is in the same position as before. I think the club and him have settled things now. I can't really see him leaving tbh.

    He's having a kid soon, and i think he'll want to stay settled with his missus for the time being.

    Swap Ba for Best and you have yourself a good team. When everyone is fit I would go:

    --------------------------------------------Harper

    Simmo/Raylor---------------------Saylor--------------Colo-----------------Jose

    ----------------------Cabaye--------------------------------Tiote

    --------------------------------------------HBA

    Barton/Marveaux---------------------------------------------------------Jonas

    --------------------------------------------Best

    The two attacking wingers virtually playing alongside Best, it would probably work best without Barton and having the two out and out wingers, maybe switch there sides aswell.

    A diamond in midfield, could have HBA and Cabaye with more attacking roles and Tiote defensive against weaker teams and have it how I put it against stronger teams.
