Get AJ and Sess either side of Fletcher and get them in areas were they will be dangerous! We have seen for them lot up the road when they go with the 4/3/3 how effective Ben Arfa is cutting in onto his left and I feel we would see the same with AJ and Sess doing a similar job on the other side. The midfield 3 would have to work hard but I would go with Vaughan, Cattermole and Gardner. We looked so much better on sunday when he moved Gardner into midfield and brought Vaughan on. Vaughan can set the tempo better than any of the other lot and can pick a pass, Catts has to start and Gardner deserves a go and get the full backs especially Rose pushing forward. I would go with... --------------- Mignolet --------------- Bardsley -- O'Shea --- Cuellar ---- Rose ---- Gardner - Cattermole - Vaughan --- Johnson ------ Fletcher ----- Sessegnon subs Kilgallon Westwood Larsson Colback McClean Saha Wickham Ha'Way the Lads
After the scum game you can't drop Colback imo... The boy was a class act Then again against stoke it may be an idea, problem with those 3 however is height, there isn't any... Admit tactics have to change though
Thought Colback was good all game and is basically a younger version of Vaughan. But can see why people want him dropped.
Poolie, stick ya CV in for the job. Looks solid in defence, flair and graft in midfield AND if two of the three forwards rediscover their form that's a pretty bloody good team. Not a bad subs bench either.
colback too slow to release the ball, loads of time on sunday when he kept it instead of releasing it.
You lot obv know your team better then me but if i was MON i'd play this ------Cattermole--------------Vaughn/Garden.. -----------------------Sesss Johnson.................................................Mclean ............................Fletcher Thats the formation we played at the backend of last season, could be good when your players start playing, Dont think MoN would play that though
