You'll never get a zero attendance, unless thousands turn up before the game and physically stop others going in. We need to try something that's going to directly hit the owners. A brick for example. Or failing that national media knocking on their door and asking them to explain their **** ups.
Very good point, when the plights of struggling clubs are publicised the vast majority of other fans don't actually care that much. They may have a little sympathy but that's about it, national media attention won't do anything for our situation, just like it didn't for the many clubs that have struggled with bad owners before us.
But awareness wouldn't change anything for us, it never does, people would just be a bit more informed as to what's going on, that's about it.
Well, I think that a bit more media coverage would put pressure on the owners, given their love of reputation. If it's known nationally that they're ****ing us over, it's going to damage them more.
I tell you what I'm thinking about Sunderland. Their owners a **** hopefully it weakens them the fans stay away and they play in an empty stadiumand they go down instead of us. Do you think their fans are thinking that about us? I bet they are.
