Club shop in Prinny Quay are selling our Argentina Sky Blue 3rd kit shirts WITHOUT Cash Convertors sponsor on for £10, its a great shirt which looks even better without the sponsor. Got the Amber shorts on sale aswell.
For reasons I don't understand, all our shirts arrive plain and we have the sponsors logo printed on them here. As our deal with Crack Converters will have officially ended with the FA Cup final, we don't have to bother printing their logo on anything we've got left.
We really are a farce off the field. We should of had a deal in place months ago. I bet we end up with a really lame company and a poor deal.
Perhaps it's because at the moment club communications don't have any name on them and potential investors at this level are not fools: they will not waste time with unstable mavericks who alienate customers, create negative press locally, nationally and internationally, and who project an image of ramshackle, make-it-up as-you-go-along strategy.
How on earth can a team in the Premier League, F A cup finalist, and Europa cup next season not have a shirt sponser lined up is beyond belief. Then again maybe not.
