It's a trend that I hope ends with AVB as we have spent more on managers in the last few seasons than most teams have on players. If we had been wiser in the appointments and not sacked Jose and spent that money on players we would probably wouldn't need to rebuild virtually half the squad now. Having said that I think the penny has dropped for Roman and he is planning for the long term with a dynamic young manager who hopefully be with us for many seasons to come. You just never know with Roman and could be sacked within 6 months!
