    [NSFW]Right...

Hakkinen, Coulthard, Herbert, Schumacher, Alesi, Irvine, Hill, Villneuve, Senna, Piquet, Mansell, Patrese, Berger, Prost, Panis, Frentzen are 16 I'm sure did, but I thought Boutsen won a race in 1990 or 1991, and I'd have thought Barrichello got one in that period, I'd be surprised if he hadn't.[/NSFW]

The second one was mentioned this weekend, it was definitely at Suzuka but I can't remember the year. 1980?

1:Jan Magnussen replaces Mika Häkkinen for McLaren, 2nd WDC won by another driver

Has to be 1995 when Schumacher won his second title. Can't remember the race he clinched it so I'm guessing again, Estoril.
