If it had been ManU the ref would be in the conference next time out.....my guess he'll be at OT giving pens galore.

Hazard has been labelled by the xenophobic media as a cheat so like Suarez now will never get the benefit of the doubt i wouldnt mind but the penalties he won were all penalties Young could probably still win a penalty or 2 tho.

That's what I don't get. Hazard hasn't dived to win any pen, they have all been clear cut. That prick today should be embarrassed. JT at the end,**** me the fella had more of JT's shirt than JT did.

    Suarez does dive,deserves nothing. Cheat.

It is incredibly annoying as it seems we have been branded 'a bunch of divers'. We should have had penalties at QPR, against Juve and again today another couple. Hazard is a great player and it isn't his fault defenders can't cope with him. Yes against Stoke Ivanovic dived twice and it was quite frankly embarrassing to watch, but this is ridiculous and I hope it doesn't continue.

Well the BBC/ESPN and other media have achieved what they've set out to achieve all summer.

It started off with Burley on ESPN labelling Hazard with a reputation of someone who "goes down easily". What reputation exactly? Since that Newcastle game on ESPN, Hazard has been given nothing. Even last week Vermaelen commits the most bookable foul you will ever see and goes uncautioned, not a mention of it on MOTD as they were to busy showing their skewed highlights of "Arsenal domination".

Since the BBC had that whole thing about Oscar and Ivanovic diving and the circus with Pulis and we've been given nothing. The media have successfully convinced referees that we are a team of divers when that simply isn't true.

There was a similar campaign against us on Sky in 09/10 following three controversial decisions which led us to win the game v Villa (FA Cup), United (League) and Bolton (League) and Sky (wanting to aid United in the title race) decided to dedicate every hour interviewing people and showing all the decisions that had gone in our favour, the next game we play Spurs and incorrect penalty is given against us as a result.

I'm very curious as to whether the Beeb will even show these three penalties that we were incorrectly denied on MOTD. They had no problem showing the Ivanovic dive and Oscar booking for a dive in the Stoke City match, despite them having no influence on the game and not being awarded as penalties, yet they were the very first talking point of the match for the MOTD pundits. They also showed and discussed the penalties that United were denied against 5pu1s.

So let's see if they will be impartial and show our denied penalties, along with talking about them afterwards in the match analysis.

As a rule all fans are paranoid about the media in relation to their own club.

You're right but the amount of criticism we have received from everything, be it the Terry, Cole saga (us Chelsea fans are being criticised for supporting them ffs), the diving issues, the continuous amount of shoite created when Torres doesn't score in a match... it is a farking disgrace. We should adopt the 'no one likes us' Millwall chant as it couldn't be more apt than at this present moment.

Are you laughing at the fact you are a Liverpool fan or the bit about the media? ;)

No... it does my farking head in. If those penalty decisions today don't get shown today on MOTD it would be an absolute joke considering the way they glorify United...

Have to laugh rather than cry about both these days <laugh>

I'm sure they will. They showed the Suarez incident last week in detail.

well there you have it... they show one incident only because it was part of another chance... But none of the other incidents were shown. Unbelieveable. Words can't describe

One definite penalty-another 50/50! We , as the pundits keep saying are not being helped by our "diving". RDM has to make it clear that pretending you've been fouled in the box can no longer happen!

Too true, and if the refs don't give them or book the player for diving, then the Refs board should do their bloody job and relegate them. Never known a period when so many referees are substandard.

Diving panel that gives retrospective bans on players, who can be reported by the clubs or FA.
