Bad? No. A few thoughts.... Why has Clint Hill been dropped after being man of the match for 2 or 3 games in a row? Cisse being banned for three games might not be so bad if he's as wreckless as that. We need players with discipline at this point. Thoughts on Zamora? Taiwo's free kick skills?
Oh and Paddy Kenny? What can we say about him? I wish someone made the decision to keep Cerny in the team after some top performances when Kenny was injured. The best QPR goalkeeping has come from him this season. Paddy Kenny hasn't really had an outstanding game all season, has he?
Interesting perspective and probably the lift I needed. Thinking about it had we got 2 draws we would have possibly been thinking not bad at least we haven't lost and turning the corner. Thats why I feel the sending off will actually cost us more than the result as he is easily our best forward. Just phenomenal lack of discipline. No complaints about it really (in the current climate). Looking at our onhoing luck though why didnt krysysysyyskos get sent off as Barton did. All I ask for is consistency and we have been let down again as far as I can see. Them down to 10 and a different game? Still mathmatically possible but we have to stop presiing the self destruct.
Self destruct is the best way to put this season. We really havent helped ourselves at all. I and a few others were disgusted at the way Kenny was brought back into the side after Cerny was doing so well - not many picked up on it then, but im afraid it has cost us badly. Although as I just said on another thread, I would keep Kenny for the NPC if we did go down, which is likely.
We shouldn't be angry about the result, we can be angry about Cisse getting a red card, but losing to Sunderland isn't too bad, and like someone said, if we had drawn twice we would've been happy. The red card is ****ing annoying though, I hate how they get paid for not playing, he'll have missed 7 matches due to suspension, and he gets about 50k a week for it
