I know its the same old same old away from home but looking at that game as a one off I think we were unlucky. We had more shots than Everton and virtually the same amount on target. We were beaten by a great goal (which is quite common away these days!) and two own goals, again exactly the same as against the other Merseyside team! For the third we had 30 seconds of circus style defending and probably got what we deserved but Green saved it and it clearly went in off Neds head!!! The second as usual can only happen to us yet the commentator said what a brilliant goal!!!! Again this has to be an own goal but they are still being given to Mirallas and Naismith? and even the first you could argue wasnt on target until it deflected off Isla. I thought we passed better and further up the pitch and for the most part kept possession. Mutch and Fers chances in the 2nd half have to be taken or at least be on target as they were probably two of the best chances of the match. Thy didnt tear us apart and Lukaku was kept quiet. Hoillet kept the ball better but he is just not dangerous enough and must come off the pitch disappointed every match. My worry is when is the luck going to change? or perhaps Arry has f***** their heads up away from home? There was also some piss poor biased commentary as well and I thought this was being stamped out!!!!! or maybe Im being biased?.....
Take MNF, they spent the first 40mins talking about the Man U/Liverpool game. The whole show is geared up to talking about the top 4 like TalkSport is. I hope that Chelsea/ManU/City/Arse/ all f##k off to some super league in Europe and take their army of plastic fans. The rest can stay here and play in the English league. It would be a better place with more chance of teams winning stuff.
I watched here in Canada on the SportsNet World feed and one of the match commentators was continually tripping over himself saying good things about us, e.g. "QPR may be 3-0 down but they're the better side"!
