    Yes and this year it also stretched down to the Plough and Windmill which was also packed. I hope something which is unique to City and has grown with fans reopening the Eastend via Forza EE/ WTMS does not die out with the stands demise.

    how many was there roughly? Hard to know because the crowd stretched down to the P&W. Last year the numbers were much smaller as the normal crew behind it had a season off. Yesterday more turned out despite the weather than 2012.

    Went with friends, Mrs & kids. Very very good this year with stickers and t shirts on sale for the kids. Few flags on view from foreign clubs of Sparta Prague and Borusia Dortmund, and had a chat with a Dutch fan [Willem II].
