This whole trip has been a farce.

Because we announced everything last minute, we were supposed to be playing Dresden and Hamburg, but now we're playing Dresden and Braunschweig and five days before kick-off we announce that the game in not being playing in Braunschweig it's 50 miles away and the kick-off has been moved forward.

If that's not piss poor planning, I don't know what is.

I planned for Dresden and Hamburg. So as Goslar is similar from Hamburg to say driving from Hull to say Birmingham i dont see a problem.

Maybe the club have been messed about by the hosts ? If Goslar is the only change then so be it.

Oh yes it can. German efficiency died some years ago actually.

I was planning to go until the Hamburg match was cancelled.

I'm bloody glad I'm staying in God's own country.

    Bollocks. It used to be.

As for the Hull City trip i suspect we have been messed about by the hosts of the 2nd game. Going to Goslar wont hurt as long as they serve beer. ;)

I'm told Brunswick Police moved it because of trouble with West Ham fans recently.

Had many trips on those roads. 100 is the average speed normally. ;)

To be fair, most of Germany's autobahns are private.

There is/was a pub in Hull called the Brunswick Tavern. I was looking it up and came upon this link:

Then, so far down the comments, I found this......

Hi Stan, if you're thinking of the Brunswick on Chapel St (later became The Bass House) my grandparents ran that pub between 67-70. They moved onto The Cross Keys, Beverley Rd until 1973 before running The Sandringham near The Cenataph until the mid 80s when they retired. There was some characters in those pubs...
