Bangs in six goals and does nothing else in two games.
    *rolls eyes*

Just back, talking to the old bill yesterday and if there hadn't have been 3200 already stood outside the Valley the game would have been called off at 14.15 for sure. Only the plods wanted it to go ahead!

For those of you who will now be assuming we are certain to be promoted you are as wrong as the doom mongers from two weeks ago. We remain a work in progress, we could have easily have been 3 or 4- 1 down by half time. We rode our luck, but we took our chances well. If we get in to the playoffs we have every chance because our boys will have performed week in week out infront of hugely demanding fans.

For me Rudy was a shadow of himself away from home again. Their second goal was as bad a piece of defending as I have seen in the last two years. We had two or three chances to clear it, but fair play the flick to the byline was a touch of quality.

HTF did the valley meet premiership standards? it is a **** hole for away fans.

    :D

Can't see why you think Austin was "a shadow of himself away from home again". He was all over the place, putting in tackles left, right, and centre.

Not sure the Valley's pitch would be up to premiership standards. But it was very wet, which is why there wasn't too much footy on the floor. But we played okay and rightly won the game. I've long since learned not to assume anything as far as Leeds are concerned other than we'll put 11 bodies on the pitch and our crowd will outsing virtually anyone. Other than that, all things are possible.

Not sure yet that we'll get promoted, but I do think we'll make top 6 and playoffs.

    Dear Gordon

WTF are you playing at mate, its not like Scotland have loads of options on strkers. Rhodes is ok and usually scores, but recently RossMac is peeing all over anyone south of the border or north of the border 12 goals now mate. Can you seroisly say that you've not had a rethink yet?

Strachan's done his old club a favour by leaving McCormack out. Keeps him fresh, and he'll still be on his 'proving a point' mission when the league resumes
