Sunderland AFC supporters are advised of several changes to away ticketing ahead of the 2023-24 season.
New age verification measures will be in place throughout the forthcoming campaign, including for fans purchasing away tickets using the Club’s e-ticketing platform.
Please ensure your date of birth is up to date on your e-ticketing account by 17:00 on Monday 10th July, as it will not be possible to update this information online following this deadline.
Fans are also encouraged to carry a valid identification that corresponds with their ticket type when attending away fixtures, as this could be requested upon entry.
Additionally, supporters are informed that Black Cat Points accumulated prior to the 2020-21 will be removed from accounts in mid-July.
The Club will be moving back to the traditional three-season format, with points accrued during the 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23 campaigns remaining valid for the upcoming season.
