massive fines and points deductions for being unable to execute the project properly. they got the same deal we did on stand opening. we had to open it half done and change in porta cabins. they got to rent Wembley for a full year plus change and put 90k in it despite new stadium not holding that much so got the benefit of doubling of match day revenues. now they get a free pass to continue in Wembley until ready with 90k capacity and just need to fund a home for the man city game which no doubt will be west hams ****hole for virtually nothing. they are getting far too many favours at this point.
If the chavs ever do go ahead with a new stadium they will feel they can do what the fu<k they like now.
those rules are stupid anyway about grounds. I think the solution is simple and penalises Spurs at same time for those who think they should be penalised. I really dont like Spurs but dont feel they should be penalised ftr Whoever spurs are scheduled to play the game should just be moved to the opponents ground and played as the home game for spurs. So if its burnley say, they get to play spurs twice at turf moor this season. If worried about unfair advantage to some clubs just apply that rule for entire season so spurs play away whole season Simples
The particular game in question would be switching the Man City game. Which would leave Man City to play 3 of their last 4 games of the season away from home. Something the Premier league will refuse to do.
Yup, that technically is the fine, host club gets to take the gate money. Money goes to clubs instead of FA then.
What jenners said. Whatever happens here someone is going to be unhappy. But they can make it so it is a constant so all have had advantage except for spurs. I will be honest i think what i am saying about whole season is too harsh but can imagine the outcry. I dont have an issue whatever decided, harsh blaming spurs, contactors are a nightmare and never stick to plan. In fact i think the contractors should be the ones having to pay The will have been given a job, they have given a completion date and they have not stuck to it Feel a bit sorry for spuds tbh
If it's in a contract then spurs can sue contractors for any loss they incure. But I don't have much sympathy for a club who have benefited from 90k fans when other London clubs don't get that luxury of added revenue they don't deserve from gate receipts
Yeah its only a bit sorry i am feeling but there is a part of me laughing my tits off as well. Also thanking the higher powers its not us
I suppose I would need to know more detail If they were given say two proposals one was quadruple the price but guaranteed completion by, say Aug 1st And the other was quarter price but finished later then I would say it’s club fault But still feel for the fans etc that it not really their fault. But was there any love when we had our issues with H&G ? So maybe ...
