I have family that are ardent West ham fans, and they speak in high praise of Sakho, I suppose it depends on who you talk to about him, given what I have personally seen of him he is the bullying type of forward we need.

Not seen a great deal of Sahko, can he play as a wing forward? If so 4-2-3-1 with Sahko, Mo, and Robson-kanu behind hernandez could be very tasty

I think Bruce believes this team is good enough to challenge as it is and we Just Need to strengthen a little. When in fact I think our team will be run over easily as it is and we need a serious overhaul.

Sakho is more of a leader of the line, so if, and it is only speculation, he was to come here I would expect Hernandez to play off him. However seeing what he is being paid (£40k), and the suggestion he wants more I doubt whether we could afford him.

He is being paid around £30k pw at the moment- he wants £40k. Would be a great signing if you ask me, and would almost certainly bag us 10+ goals in a season....whether we are going to splash £12m+ on one player is another matter.

Given the budgets muted, if they are correct I just think he is too rich for us, but agree he would be a terrific aquisition.
 
Newly promoted team after Tyler Blacket & James Wilson for £6 million with Januzaj on loan with view to permanent. Mourinho wants to see how he does in the PL.
Apparently SB wanted him last year but LVG didn't want him in the Championship, he wanted him at a higher level.
