I don't like Steve Bruce as a manger, but as a man I'm sure he's alright. I'm sure the FA will love him as when he gets an interview I'm sure he won't be chewing gum like Allardyce would have been. BUT... whoever is advising him, whether its his wife or otherwise wants shooting. He's just got a club back into the Premiership, after being relegated, Cup Final etc etc... and yet he decides to stay... WHY?... surely, the time to go was at the end of last season, because IMO with so much money at stake now, the Premiership merry go round is going to go faster than ever before. And yet, he stays with a club where there is likely more going on behind the scenes over which he has no control than any other club I can think of ... If he'd have left with his stock high then he'd have put himself in pole position for a bigger job, instead .. well... I think many of us can see it coming..!!!

we needed him to get us back into the PL... now we should 'do a Lesster', and bring in a great manager, cos like NP....... SB has taken us as far as he can.

Maybe he understands about loyalty and commitment and building his team. Unlike you you ****.

to be honest, Id prefer NP back if it meant to get rid of SB, at least it'd guarantee us away points.

You mean except for when he openly hopes for the FA to ask him to manage England?
Do you understand anything about football you stupid ****?
You're the most irritating prick on here. Worse even than the ******.

Do i even have to explain the fact it is the greatest honour in the game to be the England manager. Especially for an Englishman. i suppose i do. Or is it the case you just like to take a contrary view to anything posted as it makes "great debate". Twat.

<doh>

So if he gets the chance to be England manager it's fine, it's not disloyal to leave the club?

you are very arrogant and angry.

No, that isn't the thinking at all. You said he had one good feature. He didn't. He also set a club record that will stand for years if not decades and you still managed to find fault with it.

many apologies BCC, I bow my head to your superior intellect.
gosh how I wish I was you.

Maybe time to change tack. Lets bring in Crouch, Robson-Kanu, Sane and the long throwing Gunnarson. Play 352. Sane, Dawson, Davies all 6"3+. Diame, Huddlestone, Crouch and Robson-Kanu all over 6". Long throws and free kicks just load the box!! That would keep us up!!

It worked for Stoke!
