The thing that confused me was them asking us to rate half time entertainment. What entertainment?? Unless interviewing someone classes as entertainment (I couldn't rate whether that is entertaining as I can never hear it).
To summarise (courtesy of Rick)... 86% of #hcafc pass holders who filled out the matchday experience survey consider the light show good or better. 61% of #hcafc pass holders who filled out the matchday experience survey consider goal music VERY POOR. Another 12% of #hcafc pass holders who filled out the matchday experience survey consider goal music POOR. Leaving 27% who liked it. 62% of #hcafc pass holders who filled out the matchday experience survey consider stadium access poor (31%) or very poor (31%). Flags behind goals deemed good, Half time entertainment poor and food and drink options OK I think it's fair to summise. #hcafc Only 1,293 season pass holders took part (94 voters were ignored for not being season pass holders).
I forgot about the ****er element. And the club staff who voted. And deaf people. Still, a 73% rejection is good enough.
I know it was only open a short time but the vast majority of pass holders either haven't bothered, don't read e mails and/or can't work the internet. It seems the survey will remain open but will many more respond?
The Club would like to thank all Season Card holders that took the time to complete our Matchday Experience survey last month. We’re always looking for ways to improve our matchday offering at the KC Stadium and the feedback received from Season Card holders will be invaluable as we aim to move forward. We received 1,293 successfully completed surveys from Season Card holders and the full results can be viewed on our infographic by clicking here, or by viewing the video at the bottom of this article. The headline results were as follows (on a scale ranging from ‘Very Poor’ to ‘Excellent’): 37% rated our big screen content as ‘Good’ 34% rated our pre-match light show as ‘Excellent’ 25% rated our light show after goals as ‘Very Good’ 61% rated the playing of music after goals as ‘Very Poor’ 44% rated our food & beverage offering as ‘Good’ 31% rated access into and out of the stadium as either ‘Very Poor’ or ‘Poor’ We have now reopened the survey to gain even more feedback from Season Card holders who didn’t take part first time around. Speaking about the survey, the Club’s Marketing & Communications Manager, James Mooney, said: “The poll has been incredibly useful in terms of helping us towards improving our matchday experience. Consulting with Season Card holders is allowing us to see what fans are enjoying and what they would like to see less of. “We are now going to reopen the poll to give more Season Card holders a chance to get involved, as only around 10% have given us feedback so far and we are really keen to hear from more. If the results help our atmosphere to continue to improve then we are sure it can only help the players on the pitch as we fight to get back into the Premier League.” If you missed the survey first time around, click here to take part. The poll will close on Friday 19th February. http://www.hullcitytigers.com/news/...poll-results-2886159.aspx#ri72ZcvkdvQU6EAK.99
"31% rated access into and out of the stadium as either ‘Very Poor’ or ‘Poor’" Erm....no they didn't, 62% did.
Great call loyal season pass holders ****ers. Do you have some evidence that club staff voted? exactly. I don want it and voted against but I can't stand people telling me they speak for everyone.
Yes my thoughts exactly. The likes of Quill think that the whole world should agree with them. Thank god that it doesn't
I guess you liked the goal music then, because that comment obviously bothered you. Even though you were 'leaving me to my tantrums' on the other thread. BTW, I'm glad not everyone agrees with me on everything. You seem to need to accept that I'm not going to agree with you also, hypocrite. No offence.
No i dont like goal music which you assume i do. Youre a young boy that jumps down everones throat when you dont like their opinion. I feel sorry for your babysitter trying to get you to bed before Cbeebies finishes.
A lot of pass holders didn't get the original e mail. Had I not been registered on here, I wouldn't even have known the club were conducting a survey.
You have so much to learn. Goodnight, I'm off to talk about the actual topics instead of some old fart trying to insult me.
Alternatively, some of our fans (many of them users of this forum) are impossible to please. Then again, it's difficult to argue with you given that the over 60% think the food and beverages on offer is good or better. Thank christ no-one likes apres-goal music, though.
They might not of wanted your opinion, as it all seems to be cloned from the internet. Of course, they would have been wrong, wouldn't they?
