I remember the last time the turbos were used, in the early days it was inevitable that virtually every turbo engined car would blow the engine at each race, the one being driven fastest would blow first then the sister car would let go a few laps later, the smoke clouds were spectacular and oil and bits all over the track, the Renault's were memorable, extremely theatrical and put on a great show.
I recall the entire pit lane complex grandstands erupting into a cheering rabble when the Renaults both blew up within a very short time of each other during the British GP in 76 I think but not sure. John Watson went on to win.
I doubt we will get that sort of fiasco this time, sadly, now that was entertainment.
