No follow on, time to give a batting lesson.

They may regret that at some point. With the wicket as it is I think its better to be the fielding team at the moment.

They're still saying the pitch is a bit of a road though, with only a little bit of turn in it.

But when you have took that many wickets in such a short space of time the wicket must have some swing in it. The aussies are bad, but not that bad.

Swann's done all the damage for us, and I don't think the ball's been hooping around at all for the seamers from the sound of it.

Only chance for Aussies to win was for them to follow on and post something for england to chase : game over. Series over shame really for the rest of the ashes

I dont feel sorry for the aussies, the dominated so much in the past and they were ruthless.

Just realised India are currently 2nd in the Test Rankings and we're 3rd. I thought we were 2nd! Hopefully an ashes win will move us back up.

    That's the first down.

I would have liked to see the Aussies put in again, then we might have got a couple of early wickets.

Shame cooks out, think one of the main reasons he batted again was to give him and root a bit of a chance to put on a partnership with no pressure on them.

A really odd game, everyone is saying how good the wicket is to bat on..... yet everyone is trying to get out..... have they all been nobbled like that boxing match in porridge?

if you enforced the follow-on Aussies would have had a chance to get a lead - at least boycott and aggers agree with me, or me with them.

So if we end up 60-5 or 6 would you still think that it was the right decision to bat?
