    Here they are!

    From the WFC site...

    http://www.watfordfc.com/page/NewsDetail/0,,10400~2396214,00.html

THE Hornets are now ready to lodge their official squad numbers with the Football League - and here they are.

Apart from a couple of gaps - most noticeably at the number 3 slot, of course - all numbers have now been allocated up to 30.

Of the 28 listed below, five have so far been signed this summer while there are 17 home-grown players listed in all.

Where a number appears in brackets, this indicates a change from last season - and which number that player wore in 2010-11.

    1 Scott Loach
    2 Lee Hodson
3 The elusive left back, last seen playing with his good friend Nessie!
    4 John Eustace
    5 Martin Taylor
    6 Adrian Mariappa
    7 Mark Yeates
    8 Josh Walker
    9 Troy Deeney
    10 Chris Iwelumo
    11 Craig Forsyth
    12 Lloyd Doyley
    13 Rene Gilmartin
    14 Ross Jenkins
    15 Stephen McGinn
    16 Michael Bryan
    17 Dale Bennett
18 Danny Graham MKII a.k.a The Goal Machine!
    19 Prince Buaben
    20 Marvin Sordell
    21 David Mirfin
    22 Sean Murray (26)
    23 Piero Mingoia
    24 Matt Whichelow
    25 Eddie Oshodi
    26 Britt Assombalonga (34)
    27 Gavin Massey
    28 Chez Isaac (31)
    29 Adam Thompson
    30 Jonathan Bond

Academy second-year scholars Tommie Hoban and Connor Smith, who were both given squad numbers during last season, have not yet been issued with a 2011-12 number.

Its hard to read anything into this, there havent been wholesale changes, just the squad being condensed neatly into the numbers 1-30. Still, the squad numbers being announced makes the start of the season feel much closer - always a good thing

Walker was impressive at Borehamwood...he's obviously going to work very hard to keep his place..
