I'm getting sniffs of end of season slide in 2010 under Dowie (I know bad memories). Club drifting and unable to buy a win against the clubs around us. Being dragged into a relegation fight that we shouldn't be in.

There is a real danger that we could end up as a League 1 club come August on current form. I remember going away to Pompy that season and on the way back realising that the hard fought games against the likes of Chelsea and Man City weeks earlier meant nothing if we couldn't beat those around us.

https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/soccer-predictions/championship/ shows us finishing 3 points above the drop.

It could be said McCann is out of his depth but any managers motivation comes from the actions of your superiors. Its getting obvious now that these appointments and the motivation instilled on the managers comes from one place and one place only. You can see why Bruce left and why the appointments since have been with people wanting to make a name for themselves, return into favour or basically a yes man.

Time to whip up #allamout once again.

Don’t think it’s ever been time to stop Allam out , but a half term open training session and a cheap ticket and some flags against Derby was enough to appease many .

2010 was a relegation from the EPL.

    This should be 1991 again?

It's 29 years since we were last relegated from the second division, then it was under the hapless Terry Dolan. Grim times.

    Dolan Out.

    slide??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

    talk about rewriting history.

like the 24 points from 29 games under brown was suddenly going to bring in another 12 points from the last 9 games.

It's not a real danger on current form. .
    It's a nailed on certainty.

Which would be a Dolanesque sized disaster a whole generation of supporters haven't experienced before.
