    2 Hours and 1 hour to go until the first Match of the Day of the new season.

    Have to say that, even with the Europa league qualifiers, it has dragged on a bit this summer. Anyone doing a fantasy football team this season. My son and a few mates are doing the official premier league one. I have always done the Sun one, but cannot face having anything to do with the Murdoch's mugs.

    At work we're going for either the Yahoo one (which we did last season) or possibly the Guardian. £20 a team - prize money for Manager of the Month and 1st and 2nd at the end of the season - possibly 3rd, see how many people we get. Have got several guys from where my son works, various workmates' family and friends so it's getting to be quite a big group - consequently the money is worth having, even if you just win a manager of the month. If you want to join in just let me know and I'll sort it out with the league organiser.
