I don't think it was ever that bad. Think it was just a precautionary measure so he wouldn't play in the international game. Can't afford another injury.
 
I'd bet 95% of players who claimed to be injured for the mid-week friendlies will be in their clubs matchday squad this weekend. It shows what a joke mid-week pointless friendlies are at this stage of the season, even the players can't be bothered. Did I watch Denmark v England last night, erm...No. Am I the least bit bothered, no.

Hopefully Best is partnered by Ranger on Sat. He was a big threat when he came on v Arsenal.
