we've aparently knocked this back. Should we accept 3M? we could buy goodwillie and cuellar with 3M

 

I thought Goodwillie and Cuellar were £2M each?

They knocked back a bid of £1m today/last night, in saying that, they said that our first bid was £1M+, so I don't think we would have gone back with a lower offer!

If it's the Qatar Champions I say wait for a higher bid to come in, more than £3m. Boughie has served us well but looked off the boil a bit last season and uninterested at times. I think its time for him to move on but only if we have cover, hopefully in the mold of Cuellar.

To be fair I think £2m is a fair price for Goodwillie. Do you think if we did buy him he would be sold on for anything less than that in a few years?

I don't want to see us pay over the odds for players but I think £2m for a young striker who can not only score goals, but play some decent football too is not bad. He will only get better playing for Rangers IMO and I think we should get him snapped up asap.

He is a Rangers fan. I asked this question before to a few friends and they said that 1 of his mates posts on Follow Follow and had proved to the admin that they were good mates.

 

I didn't know that. He has just gone up in my estimation.
