My God I still dont know how Ips2wich t0wn are that high in the league.
When they had possession I almost felt sorry for the ball.Awful, just bloody awful.

Not saying we were great but if needed be I feel sure we would have stepped up a gear to beat them.
Now relaxing with a vino and a very croaky voice.

    GET IN THAR!!!!!!!!! OTBC.
    (not many binners about tonight)<laugh>

My thoughts exactly Crowey and "2-nil to the football team" was undoubtedly the best chant from the Barclay <laugh>

    Ipswich fan, was at game.

I enjoyed your constant hoofing first 10 minutes, did make me chuckle. That said the following 80 you did play football sure.

I remember making a joint Ipswich/ Norwich side on here and I'd take Berra over Bassong anyday of the week. His headings awful! I was surprised how poor he was actually.

Game was quite even in terms of actual chances, though you had the better of a good 70 minutes and played better stuff for sure.

Our tempo was horrific, so slow ponderous on the ball and we were pretty horrific for the most part.

I didn't think you were fantastic yesterday either, that's what hurt but you got the three points and deserved it so we'll have to see how we'll both end up!

The quality in substitutions was telling.

It was a shame the referee wasn't up to it either. First half he did give you numerous of decisions a stronger ref may not have given. That's in no way a dig at you, the ref bottled a lot. You still deserved the points irrespective of this, it's just a shame you get a big match and the ref isn't up to it!

I've been to games and refs have sometimes given us decision upon decision and I've never worked out why. It happens sometimes.

Also, the quality in substitutions you had was telling - and the quality in midfield. Dorrans as sub!?!? He'd be our star midfielder.....

Sorry for posting twice couldn't figure out how to delete first one....!

This must be a wind up? Bassong won every single header and at this level is absolutely top class. Berra is not bad, certainly good in the air, but has no pace. Mind you, when playing alongside the abomination that is Tommy Smith, anyone would look good.

The bit about the ref is just sour grapes. He had a good game. He 'bottled' nothing - he just let it flow. May have missed a penalty to us first half (couldn't really see it from where I was) and probably should have booked Martin, but other than that clearly a talented young ref and I'd be surprised if he's not in the Premier League next season.

    Cannot argue with this!

It's not sour grapes the ref was absolute dogspoo - I said I wanted a ref who could handle it and he was shocking. He failed to give you decisions too.

The ref bottled a stone wall pen in the 7th min and should have booked three of your thugs in the first half so not sure why your bitching!
