Good point away lads but should have been 3pts, we were all over them could have been 4 nil ,2 great goals. But slack defence let us down roll on bolton. 3pts in the bag I think, Ist game for me as Im in aussie and dont get to see many games .

Have to agree Dai - those were also my thoughts when the game finished. I felt that the 3 points were ours to lose - and Brendan's decision-making re the substitutions changed it all. It felt like 2 points dropped rather than 1 gained.

I was talking about the Bolton match Dai. It certainly won't be 3 points in the bag.

I agree we messed up on Sat - should have been 3. But it shows we can put ourselves in a position to win away matches - we have just got to execute it next time. 1st away point - onwards and upwards <ok>

sorry i thought you was on about the wolves match,,,but like you say no match is easy especially the Bolton's of this world. i hope though if we are winning near the end of the match that Brendan will resist bringing on subs like he always does whether winning or losing. its every game with him. another thing he needs to stop is all this Sinclair praising all the time, its cringe worthy, how the hell he makes Sinclair MOM against wolves is beyond me. to my mind Joe Allen was my MOM by far and Sinclair to me was one of the worst, he is getting to greedy and all this praise by Brendan is making him think he is the king pin at the liberty. he has not done much this season except score penalties to warrant such praise anyway.....just my take on things at the moment.....

Monk looked pretty bad for thier second goal didn't he. Quite off the pace...maybe he isn't so great away from home? Could have been the injury.
I think Dai, with Sinclair, he has quite a lot of chances...Good thing?bad thing?
He creates them all himself most of the time. He needs to go for it most of the time because sometimes it pays off. If he never tried to take on a player he would be just like an average winger ala [insert appropriate winger] and would never score, or win a pen.
Dyer looked really sharp against Wolves....He wins quite a lot of pens doesn't he.

I do think at some point would be nice to see Tommy Butler get some sort of run out.
I am finding myself more and more annoyed with Routladge though...I think he's quite waistful and has looked average for us. He cost as much as Sinclair as well btw

Can't afford to lose points in that manner. Would probably have taken a point before kick off but 2-0 up with 10 mins to go is fairly criminal to thrown away. Have to agree that the sub was a complete cock up on Brendan's part. Orlandi came on and we couldnt put our foot on the ball for what seemed more than 3 passes, very disappointing. If QPR are going to beat Chelsea and Norwich draw with Liverpool we realllllly cant afford to go squandering 2 goals leads @ wolves

Oh well we will learn and hopefully won't do it again. Pray to god we will have Chris Hoy for our next game against a top 4 or 6 side as he seems to like the underdog given today's utterly dismal performance in the QPR game today, inconsistency at its best!!

Is it just me though or is Sinclair looking so much for a goal that he is being greedy and wasteful??

Like it or not Sinclair is one of our better players. Yes, he can be selfish at times but have you ever met a goal scorer who wasn't? I do think that Allen and Graham were the outstanding performers on Saturday, though. But credit to Sinclair for having a go. I'd rather see him try to beat players and fail, or shoot and miss rather than disappear. Don't think it's the Manager that chooses man of the match, Dai.

yeah some good points and don't get me wrong, I appreciate how good he is, but i don't want to see wasted opportunities either just to try and get some glory when clearly there are players in better positions, i thought there were one or two occasions of this at the wolves game...

Totally agree about Graham and Allen's performance, it was outstanding - but again saying that, there was great link up, just as we also see it with Dyer - I don't see so much link play with Sinclair - or maybe it's just me.....
