As I didn't attend the game today I am curious how many ex-players turned out for the parade and, specifically, the names of those who did. Can anyone list the names? I would have thought Banksy, TC, Denis Smith, Jimmy G would have been there but are there any survivors of the 60s lot? eg. Harry Burrows, Tony Allen, Eric Skeels, Alan Bloor Just interested.
80 ex players in total my photo not very clear or close up please log in to view this image Banksy, Geoff Hurst, Terry Conroy, Dennis Smith, Ian Cranson, Steino, Georgie Berry, Mickey Pejic............ the list goes on mate
Banks, Conroy, Smithy, and loads more made my day that Waddo, great pic too! SORRY I don't have the list as the programme sold out!
Typical - you would have thought they would have had additional programmes printed. Pathetic - just like the football
Morning Nicky It's not like we were late or anything???? Got to the ground and we parked up at 11:15. I even asked a guy at half time, he too said he could not get one. They said "The club shop will be stocking more later this week" They could not organise a P*** up in a brewery. TYPICAL! Great to see so many ex players and Banksie and Conroy we're really enjoying it. Applauding the Boothen End too! All the player's were. ... sent a shiver down my spine did that.
Wish I was there Mate, I really do. I wonder what they thought/think of Pulis?? Be great to a fly on the wall eh?? Hope all well- xx to Chris
