It's gone to North London 0 times, does football still exist there? So Leicester @FosseFilberto still one of the top four Premier League clubs. Liverpool not on the list, they've not won it yet*
Had to be done Anyway off to get some fish & chips now, @PISKIE suggested if they still wrap them in newspaper, I might get a back page article of when Arsenal last won a trophy
I look at it like this @Treble - think about it, North London has not seen a league win in 15 years, so if you are a kid of 15 years old, with the exception of Chelsea, the Trophy has only ever gone, North of the Watford Gap. In fact we could proabbly more or less add another 3 years to that for memory purposes, making it around 18 years of age. So it's virtually on route to skip a whole generation! Imagine asking an 18 year old, can you remember when your club Arsenal last won the league, yeah when I was 3 and my mum took me a long in the toddler buggy
Shouldn't really count the chavs and city as they were bankrolled by sugar daddy's. All tainted titles. Speaking of, anyone know the date for city's ban thing?
Not sure mate. All I keep hearing news about is Liverpool's * title - funny though the fans won't actually be able to be there on the day, it's confirmed. Will forever go down in history as the year of the Great Plague and shadows cast over Liverpool with the mass coronavirus death toll, who would want to celebrate that I ask myself.
Good to see Chelsea made the last 15 years, five times. At least South London kids have had something to celebrate numerous times.
A whole generation of millenial gooners all crying bcos they've never seen a league title at the Emirates. In fact they probably don't even know about Highbury. Then you have the generation above who jumped on in 98 and saw 5 years of success but then swallowing sand for 15 years after. Still clinging on in hope. I enjoy watching both on Arsenal Fan TV or wtf it's called
