Come the first of April, postponements aside .... teams ...........CURRENT games >>pts...........games plyd before 1st April involved? Bradford....................32> > >39...................... 39 (USED AS A CONTROL/YARDSTICK) Carlisle......................32> > >36.......................39<><><> 4 Colchester..................29> > >35.......................39<><><> 3 Tranmere...................32> > >35.......................39<><><> 3 Crewe.........................32> > >34......................40<><><> 2 City.............................33> > >32......................40<><><> 2 Shrews........................32> > >31......................40<><><> 3 Notts..........................33> > >30.......................40<><><> 4 Stevenage...................30> > >25......................39<><><> 3 SO JUST 1 GAME IN IT BUT HOW MANY POINTS?? 12 GAMES INVOLVE THE 8 TEAMS ABOVE <><><> involved EXAMPLE = TRANMERE WINS ALL 3 OF THESE = 9PTS Stevenage notts and Carlisle lose out. Carlisle wins their other 3 9pts, then steve notts shrews lose out... City play Shrews and Colchester! both away....
12 points is a big ask even though we have 7 games I am thinking 9 points we need to beat both Shrews and Colchester, DRAWS AGAINST Swindon Gills AND pVale..........
If you wouldn't mind just adding my last comment about our opponents in March and the points I believe we need. Thx John
So Stevenage beat Crew and if they win their 2 games in hand over us they will also be above us in the table.
But if their games in hand is over other teams in trouble I hope they win them. All we then need to do is beat Stevenage in our our game and we are above them. At the moment it's all swings and roundabouts.
it is almost impossible to work out variations of who plays who and the effect it has, our only hope is we win 6 of our remaining games especially against Shrews and Colchester, Sheff are hot at the mo, and they struggled against Colchester!
